How to Exchange an Item with OROSUpdated 8 months ago
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for orders in the U.S that have not been worn and still have tags attached. OROS offers a simple exchange process for items that don’t work out. Follow these steps to exchange your product:
Initiate Exchange: Contact customer support at [email protected] to start the exchange process.
Shipping Label: You will receive a shipping label to return the original item within 14 days.
New Item: Once the return is received, your exchange item will be shipped out. If your requested size or color is unavailable, our team will provide you with alternative options or a refund.
Final Sales Items: Final sale items can be exchanged for another size/color OR returned for a store credit that never expires.
International Orders: We are unable to process any international returns or exchanges as stated in our return policy online.
